From the very beginning of my diagnosis, Kay was there to support me and my partner every step of the way. At every appointment, Kay will go through everything with me - asking me how I feel and explaining what has been said and what this means for me. At times of worry, Kay was prompt at returning my phone call and gave me all the information and reassurance that I needed to make decisions confidently and she has always assured me that she is there if I need anything. Kay has never rushed me during my appointment and has always made me feel relaxed and calm to see things clearly. I cannot tell you how helpful it is to have someone like Kay as support when you are going through such a worrying time and for this, I am very grateful. Thank you, Kay

I arrived at the Breast Clinic nervous and apprehensive and saw Kay Harrison, she is totally and utterly amazing, and put all my fears at ease. Through my treatment, this Lady has shown me Warmth, Care, understanding and support. If I did not understand something Kay Harrison would take the time to explain it to me in simple terms so that I understood. I have nothing but praise for Kay Harrison who does above and beyond her Job. It's not just a job to Kay. This Lady radiates so much warmth. Kay Harrison is excellent when giving treatments. I had a Seroma, and Kay drained the Seroma. I never felt a thing Kay was really good. This Lady explained everything to me and assured an concerns I had. Kay Harrison is more than just a nurse. This Lady is an Angel from Heaven. I would definately reccommend Kay Harrison.

Kay was very thorough with the information she gave me while I was going through my breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. She answered all our questions in a clear and comprehensive way. She managed to give the facts while also being empathetic to my situation and concerns. She was very approachable and I felt confident that I could contact her about any concerns I might have. She always spent time with us to make sure we were reassured and had all the information we needed. I am totally happy and thankful for the care and support Kay has given me.

I'd like to thank the whole of the staff at Burton on Trent Breast Care Unit for their care of me as I undergo treatment for breast cancer, not just Kay Harrison. I can't imagine I could have had better care or treatment anywhere. Thank you very much for everything you have done and are doing.
